Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24+ hours’ notice:
→ Eligible for free reschedule or full credit (no refund) - Less than 24 hours’ notice:
→ No refund or credit - No-show:
→ No refund or credit
Refunds (Very Limited)
- Refunds will only be issued if:
- The facility is unable to operate (e.g., power outage, equipment failure).
- A&A Strike Zone cancels the booking.
- In these cases, the customer can choose full refund OR reschedule.
Late Arrivals
- Your session starts and ends at the booked time.
- Late arrivals will not receive extra time or refunds.
Equipment & Add-ons
Pitching/Bowling Machine
If equipment becomes unavailable due to technical issues, only that portion will be refunded or credited.
Group Bookings / Packages
- Packages (like Power Pass or bulk hours) are:
Non-refundable
Must be used within the validity period

By booking, customers agree to all facility rules & safety guidelines.
Misuse of facility or unsafe behavior may result in termination of session without refund.
